They feature an Aluminium Frame system and waterproof PVC panels that are impervious to rust, UV rays, and humidity. We select our brands (like Beefeater and Cozze) specifically for their durability in the Spanish climate.

While our kitchens are weather-proof, we always recommend using a fitted cover if you are away for long periods to keep the unit clean from Saharan dust (Calima) and pollen. We supply custom-fitted, breathable covers for every module we sell.

No. That is the beauty of our system. These are modular, self-supporting units. They do not require concrete block work or rendering. As long as your terrace floor is relatively level, our team can install the kitchen directly onto your existing tiles. No cement mixers, no dust, and no noise.

Once we are on-site, a standard Cabinex installation is usually completed in one day. Smaller Cozze setups can be ready in an hour. Compare this to a masonry build which often takes 2-3 weeks of construction time.

Yes. Our “Turnkey Service” means we can install weatherproof electricity points,  connect the gas regulators (for standard Spanish Repsol/Cepsa bottles) and can connect the sink to your existing water outlet. Note: If you need new hard-piping run from the house to the terrace, we can recommend trusted plumbers, but our team handles the connections at the unit itself.

Most communities allow gas and electric BBQs, but ban charcoal due to smoke and fire risk. Our Beefeater (Gas) and Cozze (Electric/Gas) ranges are perfect for community living. The Cozze Electric Grill specifically reaches 300°C+ without open flames, making it “Community President Friendly.”

Yes. Because they are modular and not cemented into the ground, you can technically disassemble them and take them with you to your next villa or apartment. This makes them a safer investment than a brick-built kitchen.

Almost certainly. The Cabinex system is modular, meaning we combine different sized cabinets (Standard, Sink, Fridge modules) to fit your wall length. We also have adjustable “filler panels” to create a seamless, built-in look that runs wall-to-wall.
