Why do you not have prices on your website?

At Terraza Bella we work with many suppliers to ensure we can meet our client’s needs perfectly in terms of style and price. Because of that, we prefer to check that items are in stock, available and see if there are any discounts that we can pass on to you. If you would like to know the price, simply contact us and we will get back to you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do. When you place your order, we will give you delivery options and costs. We deliver all over Europe, simply let us know where you are!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do, simply let us know where you are and what you are interested in and we can supply you with a shipping quote.

I need more help with choosing the right furniture for my space?

No problem. We are experts at helping our clients make choices that not only suit their space and taste but also their pockets. We not only talk to our clients, we listen and then give you options so that you can choose exactly what is right for you.

Payment Information

I’m not in Spain – how can I buy?

Many of our customers are not based in Spain and require their furniture delivered either to their Spanish home or elsewhere in Europe. We accept payment via bank transfer and once received, your order will be processed.  

I just want a quote – how do I get one?

Simply let us know what item of furniture you are interested in or some details about your cushion requirements and we will send you a no obligation quote. Our quotes are valid for 30 days to give you ample time to think about it and our team are always on hand to provide advice and help if needed.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply get in touch with us and let us know what you would like to buy. We will then send you your pro-forma invoice for payment. Once payment is received, we will process your order.

Can you send photos?

Yes, we can send you photos to your email of the item/s you are interested in and will also try to send you alternatives also.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

You can reach us by telephone, WhatsAp or email. Our team are on hand Monday – Saturday to answer any queries you may have.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once deposit or payment has been made, we can only change or cancel your order if our suppliers have not already shipped the item to us. We will do everything to help in the event that you wish to make changes but it won’t always be possible.

Can I see before I buy?

In our showroom we hold a variety of items in stock – although we may not have the exact item you are interested in, we always have something similar for you to see the quality, design, texture and colour.

How Can I Return a Product?

If, for any reason, your furniture arrives with you not in perfect condition, we request you let us know immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will then arrange to collect and either replace or refund the item.
